Amy Lesniak, MA | CEO, One More Solution

With over a decade in higher education and workforce development, Amy has led the development of registered apprenticeship programs across telecommunications, renewable energy, IT, business, and healthcare.

She specializes in building strategic partnerships within the RAP ecosystem and helping apprenticeship competencies convert into college credits. Amy currently manages multi-state contracts in green energy and renewable construction.

Amy is pursuing her PhD with research examining the outcomes of grant-funded RAPs, bringing both practical experience and academic rigor to apprenticeship development.

Jennifer Thomas, Ed.D | Associate Director for Workforce Grants, Clark University

Dr. Thomas brings 15+ years of education experience and currently manages three Department of Labor grants at Clark University: Tech Quest, TechBoost, and TechBuild.

As Partnership and Outreach Specialist for Craft Education and Western Governors University, she's built extensive expertise in connecting education to workforce outcomes.

Her journey from Guidance Counselor to Director of Operations has given her unique insight into what makes apprenticeship partnerships thrive across different organizational contexts.

Bridgett Willey, PhD, RT(R), RDMS, RDCS, RVT, FSDMS | Director, Allied Health Education and Career Pathways, UW Health

Dr. Willey oversees traditional and apprenticeship programs at UW Health, including Registered Nursing and Respiratory Therapy Apprenticeships.

In 2023, she partnered with Madison College and the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development to launch the first degree-granting Registered Nursing apprenticeship program in the U.S.

She serves on the Wisconsin State Apprenticeship Council and advises the National Center for the Apprenticeship Degree, bringing unparalleled expertise in healthcare apprenticeship innovation.
