Dr. Mamie Williams, PhD, MPH, APRN, is the Chief Advisor for Nurse Apprenticeships at Craft Education. She’s a nationally recognized leader in nursing and workforce development, and she’s all about health equity and nurse wellness. At Vanderbilt, she co-directs the Academy for Cultural Pioneering Aspiring and Emerging Nurse Leaders, and she’s the founding Board President of Nurses Middle College–Nashville. Mamie’s leadership extends to national boards, and her published work is shaping the future of nurse wellness.

Joy Jamerson, MBA, is the Program Manager for Registered Apprenticeships at H-CAP. With over 21 years in workforce and career development, Joy knows how to build strong employer partnerships and sustainable career pathways in healthcare. She’s the expert you want when it comes to program growth, recruitment, mentoring, and writing grants that actually get funded.

Madeline Boehm, Registered Apprenticeship Program Manager at H-CAP, helped Montana go from zero to over 300 healthcare apprenticeships, working with more than 50 employers and 20+ occupations. Her background includes state health regulation, workforce training, and hands-on work with Tribal and Urban Indian Health Centers—all focused on improving patient care through a stronger healthcare workforce.

Dr. Mallory Dwinal-Palisch, PhD, MBA, is President of Craft Education. Mallory is all about merging education with tech innovation to solve labor shortages. She’s co-founded an apprenticeship-based university, started a public charter school, and she’s a Rhodes Scholar with a PhD from Oxford and an MBA from Harvard. Mallory’s work is about building systems that actually connect regulatory data to real workforce outcomes—and making those outcomes visible for everyone.
